 Nature Watching

      Nature Watching - Bleatarn Park's farmland location means you are never far from nature. Deer can regularly be seen sharing grazing rights with cattle and sheep in the  surrounding fields, while the reed beds of the tarn that gives the farm its name are home to various species of wildfowl. The summer months see swallows and wagtails soaring and swooping, as well as bats and the occasional owl. The cottages are in a former barn after all!

 


 

Outdoor Activities     Outdoor activities - Air rifles, Archery, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go-karting, Paintballing. There's not many outdoor activities you CAN'T do here!



 

 

Gretna Gateway     Shopping - Shop till you drop with a wide choice of stores on your doorstep and further afield

 

      SwimmingSwimming - a great choice of pools from public swimming baths to private pools available for hire

 

      Walking - Bleatarn Park is an excellent base for a walking holiday. Situated literally a stones-throw from the Hadrian's Wall path, all residents enjoy exclusive access to the route through the owners own farmland. In addition to the Lake District Fells so enjoyed by many, there are also many local trails that are suitable for both serious walkers and casual strollers just ask for details.
